The GoodStart program is a HIPAA- and FDA-compliant medication adherence program. This means we are bound by strict privacy standards. We are required by law— and by ethics—to keep all of your personal information secure and confidential.

Our GoodStarters have extensive training about HIPAA regulations and privacy. They receive only as much information about you and your medicine as they need to be able to help you.

The GoodStart Program is sponsored by the manufacturer of your medicine. While we are required to let the manufacturer know about any side effects that you report to us, we will always ask for your permission before sharing any personal information.
