WHAT IS GOODSTART™?

The GoodStart Program is a free follow-up service for people on certain medicines in partnership with their pharmacy. The program can help you learn more about your medicine and get the most benefit from taking it. It’s another way for your pharmacy to help you manage your health.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE GOODSTART PROGRAM?

You are referred to the GoodStart Program through your pharmacy, based on the medication you take. It is not possible to sign up on your own for this program.

WHAT IF MY PHARMACY NEVER HEARD OF THE GOODSTART PROGRAM?

It sometimes does happen that not every staff member is aware that their pharmacy has partnered with the GoodStart Program. In those cases, we will follow up with the pharmacist to let them know.

DO I STILL NEED GOODSTART IF I’VE BEEN ON MY MEDICATION FOR A LONG TIME?

Even people who have used a certain medication for a while have found the GoodStart Program helpful.
